First pressing oilpress PCP (cold pressing technology)

These oil presses (cold pressing technology, first pressing) are  intended  for vegetable oil production from almost all seeds which contain oil, including medicine seeds.

Good quality of oil and higher content of vitamins and microelements are enabled by temperature which is maintained at the level 50ºÑ. And, when we use zone section, this can lower the rate even more. Oil Press prosesses sunflower seeds, rape, flax, pumpkin seeds, milk thistle, falseflax, temperatured soybean, corn germ.

PCP-100 - first oil (cold) pressing, which process to 100 kg of seeds per hour. The rest oil in cakes is equal 10-12%, power consumption 5,5 kW, electrical connection parameters 3 phase, 380 W, size (LõWxH, mm) 1600õ800õ1000, weight 550 kg. The protein content of the cakes for seeds with shell without heating is from 25%, when deshelled and heated is to 37%.

PCP-200 - first oil (cold) pressing, which process to 200kg of seeds per hour. The rest oil in cakes is equal to 11-13%, power consumption 11 kW, electrical connection parameters 3 phase, 380W, size (LõWxH,mm) 2000õ900õ1100, weight 850 kg. The protein content of the cakes for seeds with shell without heating is from 25%, when deshelled and heated is to 37%.

PCP-500 - first oil (cold) pressing, which process to 500 kg of seeds per hour. The rest oil in cakes is equal to 13-14%, power consumption 18,5 kW, electrical connection parameters 3 phase, 380 W,  size (LõWxH,mm)  2200õ1000õ1300, weight 1250 kg. The protein content of the cakes for seeds with shell without heating is from 25%, when deshelled and heated is to 37%.

PCP-1000 - first oil (cold)pressing, which process to 1000 kg of seeds per hour. The rest oil in cakes is equal to 15-16%, power consumption 45 kW, electrical connection parameters 3 phase, 380W, size (LõWxH,mm) 3200õ1200õ1500, weight 3250 kg. The protein content of the cakes for seeds with shell without heating is from 25%, when deshelled and heated is to 37%.
